Swanage in Dorset marks the Eastern end of the world famous Jurassic Coast. The other end officially is Exmouth to the West. The rock at the Swanage end produces the most beautiful white cliffs to rival those around Dover.
Swanage is in this pretty part of Dorset is also known as the Isle of Purbeck, the area is very popular with tourists who flock here for the country walks, the coastal walks, the beaches and the scenery.
Many artists come here to live and work making good use of the quiet way of life and the clear seaside light.
